The cool tone of the material and the warm tone of light and shadow are used to establish a distinctive contrast, and use the modern arc and light to guide infinite circulation of space, shaping rich layers and memory points. Adhering to the idea of simplifying the complexity, the material is free from the wood grain used in traditional office space, and the creative use of plain tiles, plastic floors, HPL boards and special paints is combined with multiple texture such as fabric, metal, stone, iron pieces, and brick walls add spatial variability through geometric stacking, self-details reflect the simple but not boring visual beauty, shaping exquisite taste and low-key style.
The office decided to use floor-to-ceiling glass curtains as compartments for each area, with fire-resistant glass and tempered glass up and down split, taking into account the flame resistance, high temperature resistance and light transmission characteristics; the selection of materials also uses environmental protection, fire protection or reusable materials, as far as possible to achieve sustainable environmental protection and safety protection. Considering the ceiling height limitation, concealing the air conditioner and pipeline equipment, and achieve the open extension with the clean lighting effect.
The project finished in March 2020 in Taiwan, Taichung.
In order to resolve the high-pressure characteristics brought by the industry itself, the office space is built into a home-like relaxation function, and the office is located next to the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the excellent view. The spacious chairmans room combines the office area, dressing room and lounge area into one, using iron and marble to create office and storage functions, and integrating wine cabinets, audio-visual equipment and fine furniture to build a high-end taste leisure space. The employees rest area is designed with light colors to create a comfortable atmosphere.
The efficient and simple modern office covers an area of 150 square meters. The overall design is built with spacious and flexible style, combined with a simple linear vocabulary and geometric stacking to show the company's innovative vision. The large window view introduces a comfortable and pleasant space. With a rational and suitable layout, the counter reception hall, working area, supervisor's office, chairman's room, meeting room and lounge area are arranged according to the circulation line, creating a light and transparent boundary and circulation.
The designer fully grasps this feature when creating an office space, with a transparent and pressure-free space configuration, combined with a simple and clean, penetrating and extended sense of technology to achieve the value of the enterprise. At the same time, because the office has a curved appearance and a long layout, the design team uses arc elements to balance the overall space when creating the interior. Regardless of the receptionist area, back wall, and ceiling, they are designed with curved lines, mixed with quality materials and interlaced lines to compose a lively space between light and shadow.
