This house is designed to give its residents as much of the coastal experience as possible, maximizing the access to the sea view to the promise of a wholesome beach retreat. Designed to provide sanctuary and retreat after a day at the beach. Allowing one to be enveloped by the soft minimal color palette.

Unique Properties
This mansion identity was derived from the luxurious sea life, giving the look and feel of what it is like to live on a lavish boat with iconic furniture pieces and artwork by great artists to make every room individually distinctive to portray each family member persona and character. As for the color palette, neutrals and white are the main colors in the contemporary style interiors. The palette is often punched up and accented with bright and bold color that play against neutrals.

Production Technology
Choosing the right material to match the conceptual perspective of the space demanded the highest attention to detail, in order to achieve coherence. Creating an aesthetic look and feel of a lavish boat-like mansion required the finest material selection of wood, copper, and marble. In aim to perfect the final design, we incorporated all elements of nature while still using distinctive contradictory materials to bring out the space spirit.
Design Challenge
The execution of the whole project was done and finalized in 65 days.
Project Duration
The project started in February 2019 in North Coast, Egypt and finished in April 2019 in North Coast, Egypt.
Operation Flow
The landscape in cohesiveness with the shades of blue, complimented with a terrace and passageway contributes in the over all feeling of serenity. Then, the contradictory of abstract selection of some furniture pieces alerts the senses into grasping the distinctiveness and individuality of the design in this mansion. The over all look of this island inspired space ideates in creating the perfect beach house that lavishly portrays a yacht secluded life.
Inspiration
Utilizing the surrounding of the mansion to project an island inspired space by fully surrounding it with water from all sides, as well, giving the outdoor space iconic seating complimented with unique pieces to bring even more extravagant spirit to the pool area. The use of copper highlights the inner design and brings out its spirit, while choosing red in specific furniture pieces to create a popping effect of contradiction. The concept highlights the diversity harmonized in a space altogether
