Different from other residential space design, the designer makes a subtle balance between the sense of warmness and industrial style within the colours and lines of each objects, and further lead to the purity and beauty of space.

Production Technology

In the private area, the white bed headboard in the master room provides an irregular aesthetics and elegant vision. Embellished with the vivid blue wall and gold ceiling light, the layers of aesthetics enhance. Books, plants, and even candles can be placed on a nightstand set by the bed, which gives the bedroom a sense of warmness. Besides, sliding TV wall is installed in the bedroom, emptying the space for a big closest made of architectural-concreted panels.

Design Challenge

A Japanese-style room which is partitioned by the iron net wall combines Japanese style with the nature of industrial style. To satisfy the clients multiple requests, an adjustable table is installed in this room. Thus, it is not only a storage room, but a space for the host to invite friends to maintain relationship.

Project Duration

The project finished in November 2019 in Keelung, Taiwan.

Operation Flow

In the public area, red brick wall, which is an industrial-styled feature, accompanies dark-coloured TV bench present the sedate and attraction of the colours. The black iron shelves are installed on the wall behind sofa to provide the spark joy to the residential space.

Project Overview

British Charm Residential Space has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution. Recipients of the Iron A' Design Award are acknowledged for their practical innovations and contributions to their respective fields, providing solutions that improve quality of life and foster positive change. These designs are a testament to the skill and dedication of their creators, showcasing their ability to address real-world challenges through thoughtful design.
