Time Holiday is a series of mobile homes can be easily transported to any and every location without any limitations to terrains and topography. Saving on total costs and unnecessary construction waste, these villas also do not require any foundation. This series of mobile homes let you connect with nature and lead a serene and peaceful life.

The outer structure is comprised of a curved, one-piece fiberglass material that is irrespective of various climates, mainly flexible to use in different topographies and geographies. The interiors of these mobile villas constitute a full-frame floor-to-ceiling double-layer laminated, insulating glass that provides extravagant 360-degree unobstructed views of the outdoors. The entire structure is based on the pull-out mechanism which allows for the expansion of area for the guest room.
Time Holiday aims to break away from the traditional container-like typology of mobile homes today. The design takes after an organic shell. The challenge faced was that it had to be compact when transported (no larger than the size of a container) on the road, and it had to be spaciously luxurious while being assembled on a destination close with nature. This was made possible by having a pull-out mechanism within the main structural frame. The entire villa can be laid out and positioned in any kind of manner, individually or in a group, providing ample possibilites for the users.
The project started in 2020 in Zhongshan, Built and packed in Changsha, China. Ready for final completion by August 2021.
This mobile home has a flexible system that allows the structure to be either pulled out or retracted through a drawer mechanism. Thus, there is flexibility given to the space according to the needs and venues. It can be installed within a day and operated individually or within a cluster in any location.
Sustainability is the main design guideline. This pre-fabricated structure is equipped with various ecological methods like solar panels, naturally ventilated windows, recycled tiles for the interior specification and thus resulting in the savings on utility bills and operating costs. The main exterior frame of the structure is prefabricated in the factories and then later transported and assembled on-site. Hence, there is minimal construction wastage and the time required to build is comparatively much lesser.
With the growing concerns about sustainability and eco-efficiency, more and more homeowners are now preferring to reduce down on the ecological footprint. The inspiration is drawn from the concept of futuristic sustainability and tiny living. Wanting to wake up to the morning of serene blue sea, lush green grassland or a majestic golden dessert in a modular pod that is closely connected to nature has been the driving inspiration to this project.
