This project is an office in a metal manufacturing factory in Taiwan. The modular H beam steels and metal warehouse panels are used as building construction units. The reusable material of the building allows for continued used even if the factory is relocated while achieving the 3 R principle: reduce, reuse and recycle.

Design Challenge
It was a challenge to find material that would can achieve the goals of being environmentally friendly, efficient and flexible,while responded the Image of metal manufacturing factory. What is more, the design also adds a lot of colors to the factory as well as establish good social image to the enterprise. H beam steels and metal partition are reusable materials, and easy to assemble and dismantle. Different combinations can be made according to the future situation.
Project Duration
Design from July to December 2018.Construction from December 2018 to April 2019.Location: New Taipei City,Taiwan(R.O.C.)
Operation Flow
According to the different work purpose, had divided overall space into upper and down floors which affected the position of the door, window openings, granite stairs and metal handrails. All elements and units are arranged in the most appropriate proportions and positions.
Research
The owner of the factory who has been in the market for many years has seen the problems of the general factory office environment and insufficient functions. The owner as well as reflected on the waste of earth resources used through his industry, hoping to provide a comfortable office for his employees and at the same time to and do something for the earth.
Inspiration
The owner as well as reflected on the waste of earth resources used through his industry, hoping to give employees a comfortable office while achieving the 3 R principle (reduce , reuse and recycle). The warm bright yellow color of H beam steels means overhead travelling crane and metal manufacturing in the factory, which is represented labors diligently working like an overhead travelling crane.
