With regard to space planning, they have, on one hand, retained the important professional movement and function of medical equipment, while also trying to challenge and obtain the very subtle commonality between rational logic and sensual imagination.

Production Technology
Once the design approach is determined, the installation conditions must be coordinated with all special equipment manufacturers during the design period so that the egg-shaped treatment room can meet various medical requirements. To achieve such design purpose, interface and details have to be discussed, load strengths calculated, various angles in 3-D simulated, and the compartment structure and shape precisely cut by CNC. In the end, the equipment is finally connected and assembled on site and covered by special curved plates so that the final external painting project can be completed.
Design Challenge
The most challenging part of this design project is to the need for advanced planning due to the complexities of integrating medical equipment and treatment personnel into the minimalist space. One must not only know about doctors' operation processes, but also meet the needs of the patients. Both design and engineering work have to be carried out in an extremely rational arrangement under repeated simulation, as well as communication and coordination. As for the final results, they must be able to demonstrate and properly present the purest and most sensual abstract design concept.

Operation Flow
Various curved surfaces are utilized as the main composition of the space to break down the 3D boundaries of the floor, walls, and ceiling, while primitive and simple space elements are employed to simulate the first environment that nurtures life. Furthermore, the adoption of lighting is considered to create a mild and safe atmosphere, allowing both medical personnel and patients to carry out treatment with an ideal operation process and a comfortable domain.
Research
In this case, the dental clinic mainly treats patients with sleep apnea through orthodontia, so it differs from ordinary dental clinics. Therefore, it is hoped to create a concept like an independent sleeping cabin. The origin of life is adopted as the main space for the approach of deliberation, The treatment area is composed of simple and futuristic elements to create the primary atmosphere of space, providing patients with an area for receiving treatment safely in a most relaxing place, as if returning to the protective environment like that of a mother's womb.
Inspiration
The creative concept of the clinic design is based on the hypothesis on the environment of life origin. It is conviction that any life has extraordinary significance to exist in the heavens and on earth. Unique genes create different living conditions, from plant pods, birds nests to a mothers womb and so on. In each environment, growth is nourished through the most primitive, safest, and richest nutrients, and it is the most mysterious environment that nurtures everything and heals life.
