Luxury Residential for YAY CONCEPT
This 892 sq. ft. apartment is surrounded by a calm and tranquil environment. The design aims to create a luxurious holiday home with a sense of intimacy and serenity. To enhance the small living zone to look larger and open up the view, designer removed the one-bedroom and turned it into an open dining zone. In the center of the living and dining zone, the TV island cabinet and timber portal with a pair of wall lamps are designed to create visual focus and boundary, adding to the separation of spaces. In addition, the ink painting on the wall brings an outdoor wetland scape to the interior.

Production Technology
Designer applies various sophisticated elements, textured botanical wallpaper, marble stone, bronze metal handle & bracket as well as lacquer display shelf are used to accentuate and further refine a design.
Design Challenge
To enhance the small living zone to look larger and open up the view, the designer removed the one-bedroom and turned it into an open dining zone. The open-plan living and dining zone fully take advantage of the marvelous view of wetland scape. And the full-width balcony glass wall allowing ample natural light brings into the interior a great sense of openness and transparency. In the center of the living & dining zone, the TV island cabinet and timber portal with a pair of wall sconces are designed to create visual focus and boundary, adding to the separation of spaces.

Operation Flow
The wall surfaces are covered with textured botanical wallpaper, light veneer, and bronze steel as in the combination. A botanical feature wall with bronze steel trimming & bracket, as well as an olive green display shelf gives living & dining a rich visual highlight.
Research
The master bedroom is mainly in light wood color, matched with a rattan headboard and pair of bedside lamps, creating a natural and elegant space atmosphere for the bedroom. In order to cure the Feng Shui issues, the designer incorporates the exquisite curve & wall paneling under the exposed overhead beam, which offers a visual respite & avoids sleeping directly under beams.
Inspiration
The apartment is a secondary dwelling that is used mainly for recreational purposes including vacations and family gatherings.
Project Overview
Wetland Seasons Park Luxury Residential has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution.
