Detached House for ShiStudio Interior Design and Architecture

The inspiration came from the client's needs and preferences, from the location just by the beach, and from the kind of favorite lifestyle. From an old 80's construction, a new house was born. Fully reconstructed, updated, and modernized, both outside and inside suffered full renovation in a modern style though respected and inspired by the house's age and character. The renovation transformed a 40-year-old house into a modern though classical beach house with all the comforts of modern life.

Mindelo Detached House has been a Iron winner in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
