The original layout of of this building by back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage. The users likes to entertain family and have planned the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time. We have also custom made an UK import materials called Forresso as the dinning table with matching backing to the display shelf. The building itself have light weight brick at the underside of the slab for soundproofing, in which the low ceiling was inherited from this building.

Open plan living, enjoys wide open spaces, which is ideal for promoting the flow of air within the home and diffusing natural light through different living areas. With no walls or doors to act as barriers, both the breeze and sunlight from windows around your house can filter through uninterrupted.
The original layout of of this building by New World Development back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage. The owner likes to entertain guests, so has planned the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time. A mixture of Maxalto bar chair , B&B Italia Husk and De Castelli furnishing provide a classic yet contemporary approach to the living and dinning space. The building itself integrated light weight brick at the underside of the slab for soundproofing, in which the low ceiling was inherited from this building. The design approach of this is to create a double curve cove ceiling to smoothen out the lights onto the ceiling to create a natural blend of lighting.
