The indoor area of the project is 860 square meters, and the functions of the project include a meeting room and two Chinese restaurants, a cinema and a residential model area. The entrance of the project chooses Chinese traditional Zhu Zhan color and a variety of stone collision. The interior water scape and Tingbu (a type of stepping stone set on water) in the hall resembles the traditional Chinese gardening. The aisle used a traditional Chinese color named Zhuzhan. The aisle floor and curved foot of wall applied the technique of green brick that usually used by ancient Chinese palaces.

The project starts in Nanning in September 2020 and will be completed in Nanning in December 2021
The project is located in Nanning Area of China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the headquarters base. The indoor area of the project is 860 square meters, and the functions of the project include a meeting room and two Chinese restaurants, a cinema and a residential model area.
