Production Technology
The planning and construction of the spatial relations of the lake terrace park, external square, contemporary architecture, overlapping multi-level inner courtyard and so on in "Beiguanli" is to give the city character, to create a comfortable scene, to promote the local environment, and to optimize the public environment.
Design Challenge
Some people say that life is like water, life is like tea, half is memory, half is to continue! If life were a poem, which one would it be? Is "cloth food meal, coke for life" or "water township, awning, fish soup with rice rice meal also often", most of the poem describes is the plain of life, or flourishing will dull, insipid in record dribs and drabs does not lose is actually a kind of happiness, and sometimes people, sometimes calm, between a meal a height, experience the real taste of life!

The project was launched in Harbin in April 2019, Qiqihar in February 2022 and officially launched in April 2022.

Research
Fade the colorful colors, simple and generous cold gray tone, filter out all irrelevant colors, better balance the contrast between the soft and hard materials of the whole space, and sufficient sunlight brightens the whole space, making the space more dynamic and infinitely extending the vitality of growth.
Inspiration
As a result of the limitation of project size, we didn't consider block type business model, but since the childhood, monomer building envelopes use impact between internal and external space, closer integration, make the whole area in as many relatively independent space, natural flow through to get people to stay in by and at the same time, feel the environment in the area and activities, offers a variety of possible to city life.
