Shanghai Zhenru Subcenter has shifted from a railyard into a future-oriented biophilic creation center under an ambitious plan. Polluted soil is now removed, rivers can store and regulate rainwater, and islands coexist concordantly with green buildings. Jolly eco-space merged with dynamic functions is alluring to digital enterprises and makers, thus enlivening the region. This space in urban intensive construction areas is of continued charm to nearby residents. It knows no boundaries and delights them both physically and mentally.

Project Duration

The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.

Operation Flow

Blend and economy A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.

AIntention of dynamic islands The green buildings arranged in a casual manner highlight the intention of biophilia and vitality.
