Design Challenge

The most formidable challenge in crafting "Next Collection" was the intricate balance between innovation and organic integration. We navigated historical and social perspectives, ensuring the design resonated with Green Cape's ethos. Adhering to local laws and regulations posed external hurdles, demanding meticulous adjustments. Production possibilities influenced material choices, while technological advancements shaped the project's form. Overcoming these obstacles required a nuanced approach, integrating diverse elements while maintaining the project's integrity. "Next Collection" stands as a testament to transcending challenges, a synthesis of creativity navigating historical, social, and external factors, resulting in a design that seamlessly blends the contemporary with the contextual.

Project Duration

The project designing started in 2023 and construction will be ended in 2025.

Operation Flow

"Next Collection" operates seamlessly, enhancing user experience through thoughtful design. The three independent wings facilitate a dynamic flow, connecting residents with a garden oasis on the podium. The rooftop, a key frame, transforms into a vibrant social space with a restaurant, bar, and pool. The interior's soothing palette and nautical theme foster a serene ambiance. The design prioritizes user needs, ensuring functional distribution and layout cater to diverse interests. This holistic approach creates a living space that outshines conventional structures, offering a better result in terms of aesthetics and functionality. The design research for "Next Collection" encompasses a contextual exploration focused on organic integration. Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software. Residents, key participants, influenced the functional distribution and layout. Results showcase a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality.
