In the villa, the designer weakens the existence of design style, then analys of the customer group about possibilities of aesthetics, to create a unique residential space. This sample villa was themed as an motorcycle enthusiast house, the space tried to break the normal thinking of sample villa, the basement space was designed for the master to display the collection and social with the like-minded friends, and also solved the problem of daylighting in basement floor.

Unique Properties

The villa of Poly top class presents the style of metropolis, the interior space dominated by the geometric line and the soft tone, decorated with modern art work, which creates modern living house atmosphere. The design creates a linkage of the three ground floor and two underground floor, in order to meet the living habits and needs of the residents.

Design Challenge

The challenge is how to creates different life scenes for different people in this five-storey building, while still can interact throgh different floor, and also the moving lines would not be conflict.

Project Duration

from 20th Oct, 2018 till 1st May, 2019.LOCATION in Jinwan area, Zhuhai city, Guangdong province.

Operation Flow

in this project, the three above ground floor was designed as living floor, and the two underground floor was designed for living habits and social party floor, to creates a multi-dimensional linkage.

Research

most of villa in China, the daylighting is a problem for space using and also the function is most likely, but in this villa, we interviewd more than 10 motorcycle enthusists about their dream house, and deceided to design the basement floor as a social gathering lounge while also the collection room for their loved bikes.

Inspiration

As Edith Wharton's novel "the age of innocence" defines the upper-class life style of New York in the late 1980s, artistic taste, home style and proper social etiquette are there unique lifestyle. Villa, which presents their life on private territory and taste of are, this project mean to define the exclusive living space for people in different fields.
