For the application of materials, a combination of tiles and metal trims are used to create the partition lines, offering the mosaic effect of mixing modern with American table corner materials using the style of the central island, together with the application of osb board raw materials. The application and matching of diversified materials introduce natural lighting into the space arrangement, thereby allowing for natural, clear and comfortable spatial segmentations.
The project finished on the 30th of June in 2018, locates in Taipei City.
Eliminating excessive resplendent decorations, replacing them with simple light industrial designs to brighten up large areas of white, clean bases, which open up the refreshing field of vision for the open layout together with the delicate patterns of the marble. At the same time of the design, it also predicts the beautiful vision that the client has towards the future life, resembling the gentle, sincere blessings.
The taste of space originates from desires and curiosities towards life, where under the transformation of generations, each piece of work will reveal the designers mental status at that time based on individual needs, experienced cultures as well as the overlapping of time. Design works are enriched in cultural spirit just like words, literati from the past pursued the so-called free and independent soul, so do designers.
