This residential project has implemented community greening to the exquisite neoclassical building, creating a poetic visual sentiment, as well as presenting the beauty of elegance via the combination of antique granite foundation with graceful aesthetics. The design team values symbiosis between safety and aesthetics, improving the overall safety spec for the structure to offer the residents with more stable sensation.

The design team values symbiosis between safety and aesthetics, improving the overall safety spec for the structure to offer the residents with more stable sensation.

Production Technology
On the right hand side is the mothering classroom, with color selection mainly based on classical black and white colors; this space is arranged with simple table and chairs with appropriate distance in between, allowing for emotional connection as well as the enjoyment of moments being alone, accompanied by gigantic French window on the side, the curtain material selected transparent silk texture, where sunlight may easily shine through the window and the symbiosis between natural light and artificial light further reinforced the visual effect.
Design Challenge
The design for the sports area is completely different; colors used here are based mainly on pale wood colors as compared to the aforementioned black and white base tones, giving people a relaxing elegant spatial sentiment, while the gentle yellow light is adopted to create a cozy atmosphere.
Project Duration
The project finished on the first of December 2019 in Taichung City.
Operation Flow
The high-ceiling design above the reception area on the other side allowed the image to extend even further, thereby reducing visual stress; the gentle cream-colored sofa is selected to accentuate the elegant and graceful sense of layers.
Research
Going further inside, one will see a tutor room, where the base color tone is still based mainly on light marble colors with black on the side; the long table used black color to enhance graceful design sentiment, with potted plant placed on top, such that the ingenious idea embellished the vivid rhythm of the space.
Inspiration
The flooring of the lobby used light-colored marble extending to the wall behind the counter, unveiling the resplendent prelude to this art feast; the ceiling adopted exquisitely luxurious crystal chandelier, the crystal chandelier originated from the aristocrats of the Middle Ages, where the gorgeous style features sophisticated glass and crystal matrix, lighting up the space through refractions.
