Shining like an endless fleet of stars, as strong as steel and covering by pillars of fine-textured marbles, the Nakajima Display adds a dash of classiness to the time-guardian sitting at its heart. Crafted with the belief that time is always by your side and destined to walk with you along the boulevard of love and luxe. The binary corridor display is carefully sculptured to create space and stylish ambiance. The exceptionally fine finishing of display windows entitled us to show the prestigious heritage Inside.

Nakajima Display, like the two sword-shaped hands inside the watch, makes every moment of time meaningful, and every word count. Production Technology

This design draws inspiration from the simple elegance of classic timepieces, which have inherited centuries of knowledge and wisdom.

Design Challenge

Tight timing is the most challenge in this project. The material leadtime is long but construction time is short. As to have a on time shop opening. the time management is really highly needed!

Project Duration

This project is located in Hongkong. By good planning of material management. It just used around 40days to complete the project.

Operation Flow

We use different luxury material, stones and special lighting effect to attract consumer to come in and visit.

Research

Understand the brand vision and history is the most important research. Giving the idea to carry both traditional and modern style. Using of new material to present the traditional feel is the spotlight of this design.

Inspiration

This design draws inspiration from the simple elegance of classic timepieces, which have inherited centuries of knowledge and wisdom, enabling it to mould a majestic and breath-taking environment that magnifies the beauty and craftsmanship of each collection. As customers enter, they will be travelling through a time tunnel that allows them to appreciate various timeless designs.

Project Overview

Nakajima Watch Shop has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution. Recipients of the Iron A' Design Award are acknowledged for their practical innovations and contributions to their respective fields, providing solutions that improve quality of life and foster positive change. These designs are a testament to the skill and dedication of their creators, showcasing their ability to address real-world challenges through thoughtful design.
