Unique Properties

For the 3-generation family with 7 family members who need the precise arrangement of the public and private areas, the design of the public area binds the entire family, and the design of the private area soothes everyone. The open public area strengthens the family relationship, where the family members interact smoothly in the open dining room, kitchen, and living room. Each bedroom, in the private area, is decorated with the sufficient storage space, thus preserving a laid-back private space for everyone in the family.

Production Technology

With reference to the construction materials, the floors in the public area composed of the dining room, kitchen and living room are massively furnished with the grain stone tiles whose patterns naturally spread each area, and ingeniously correspond to the thin grain stone tiles on the TV wall and the gray paint on the wall behind the sofa, thus broadening the sense of sight along the floors and walls. The private area decorated with the wood floors whose warm textures transform the area into a tranquil and calm static space. The bedrooms, additionally, decorated with the leather headboards and the cloth wallpapers strengthen the comfy bedroom life.

Project Duration

The project finished in April 2019 in Taichung, Taiwan.
