Unique Properties
Different from other sales center, the building model display is located in the back area.The designer hopes that the various interactions in the sales exhibition can inspire people to explore more possibilities of their future, and wish for them to find it here with Vanke. The designer placed different types of dolls all over the space, contributed a vibrant and energetic attribute to the space.

Production Technology
The hexagon extracted from the chemical formula of coffee roasting is the most representative symbol of the coffee area. The ceiling of this area is formed by combining and arranging this solid hexagon in an Nonuniform manner, and at the same time, it is combined with the solid wood floor below. This forms a harmony of materials and colors. From the designer's point of view, compared to cold marble, solid wood can create a cozy and homey sense of mood.
Design Challenge
Short design period the designer just completes all design work from concept to construction drawing within 35 days. For the construction timing control ,our team need to consider more details of the design, decoration should be simple and easy to do can be completed quickly, in order to shorten the duration. Finally at the limited construction costs, it is difficult to select materials, designer find out the new recycle materials are used to replace as main materials to reduce costs and solve the prolem.

Operation Flow
This Vanke Project in Shijiazhuang wishes join the local community, the designer utilizes the familiarity of people’s daily lives and local culture to shape and deliver the blueprint of hope. This design concept diminishes the cold business feel, brings people back to life itself.
Research
The designers with hexagon design method, to decorate the solid wood hexagon ceiling. In that short design period the designer just completes all design work from concept to construction drawing within 35 days. Inspiration
After carefully observing the lifestyle of urban young people, the designer found that the cafe is a place that most young people like to go. Since cafe can bring some peace of mind for younger people living the fast pace city life,therefore, the branding of the project is to represent a balanced life style. To meet that goal, the sales exhibition center in the coffee house.
