The sales office pays attention to joint different lives rather than sale itself, connecting the better life of future community, that is, shifting from single mode of sale comes first to constructing a diverse experience center. We hope to extend the living sense through multiple scenes that can guide residents to actively communicate and share in daily life, so that the house is more vivid and full of life.

Unique Properties
It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

Production Technology
The main materials in this project are terrazzo, texture paint, wood grain transfer printing, wood finish, Pu stone skin, resin acrylic.
Design Challenge
The project is based on the commercialgroundfloor. The structure is overloaded, and the space lacks the sense of structure.
Project Duration
The project started in July 2021 in Beijing and finished in November 2021 in Beijing.
Operation Flow
According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
Research
The design fully considers the interest of space. The designer starts with architectural thinking and enhances the spatial level to create a different way of experience. The vivid theme of living community is designed to blend into nature, introduce scene functions and weaken the boundary of each functional area in the space.
Inspiration
The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.
