Sales Center for Time and Space 10
This work is located at the international finance island, Nansha District, Guangzhou City, China. Here waves roll back and forth in flexible curves and fish leap out of the sea in an elegant arc. The designer extracted elements from these stunning sights around the island and transformed them into interior decorations and sculptures which are interspersed at every corner. It is hoped that guests can enjoy leisure time in the space where the atmosphere of cities and nature coexist harmoniously.

Regarding the layout of the sales center, the second floor is for talk while the first floor is for display. The designer team attaches great importance to the theme of the first floor that requires a representation of humanistic emotion and business value. Therefore, the team takes water as the clue, art decorations as the guide and waterflow as the visiting route. The beauty of nature and art merges together in the space.
This work was initiated and completed in Guangzhou city, respectively in January, 2021 and June, 2021. It also opened to the public in June, 2021.
Curves for decoration exist everywhere to neutralize depression and tension caused by the closed space ingeniously. Far more than this, the streamlined expression simulates the latitude of the sea and the island, which complements the ceiling and raises an echo between the sea view and the water-related art pieces. Whichever angle you appreciate from, it takes on rich types of beauty.
This work lies in Nansha District, Guangzhou city. The culture and history here bond tightly with rivers and lakes, and people here are naturally intimate with water. Nansha international finance island, the Chinese first international finance island requires more modern and international design language. It transforms local resources and cultural essence into interior landscape and creates art pieces which balance beauty and practicality, and evoke empathy of clients.
This work is inspired by the interaction among water and all nature beings. The decorations of the entrance are just like ripples which gradually disperse the moment drips drop into water. The layers of the ceiling arise from the breath of the sea and beaches. The irregular bench for rest simulates the styling of spray as the dolphin leaps out of the sea. Each part is artistically related to the element, water.
