Sales Center for MOD
Chongqing is a city that grows slowly, and this vague "restraint" results in an eastern mood that carries a more balanced and universal experience across borders. The humanistic sentiment of Chongqing is like the veins of the mountain city, breathing and growing together with the city. This is highly consistent with Luhu: ecological, unobtrusive, modest architecture that respects the site's topography and local culture and history.

The state of Chongqing is to grow slowly, this subtle "restraint" creates an oriental mood that carries a more trans-border, balanced, universal experience. Surrounded by the two rivers, the undulating topography creates a seemingly disorderly, actually orderly; seemingly messy, actually rhythmic style, the project continues the landscape urban pattern, landscape artistic conception, the concept into design elements.

The overall space is based on the three-dimensional beauty of the mountain city as the main concept, and the unique characteristics of the region are used to search for humanities, ideas and even those spiritual attributes that are hidden or disappearing.
The project started in November 2018 in Chongqing and finished in September 2020 in Chongqing.
The overall space takes the three-dimensional beauty of the mountain city as the main concept, and introduces the natural terraces into the design of the Grand Staircase to enrich the characteristics of the region. The presence of light makes the space be perceived, it travels through the space in different states, and its intensity changes create different rhythms, rhythms and levels in the space, creating a different artistic sensation.
Through the concept of "micro-city", we extract the natural and urban elements, the natural growth design method, and integrate the natural and urban life fragments to extend different functional spaces, we divide the space into two main themes - nature and humanities - along the growth direction of the mother skin, shaping the space through natural terrain, and enhancing the feeling of space with cultural atmosphere.
The mountain is the city, the city is the mountain, the city is built in the mountain, the water is worn in the city. Chongqing has a more wrinkled, three-dimensional, and sunken sense than other cities, and its landscape has condensed its style and spirit. Surrounded by two rivers, the undulating terrain creates a seemingly disorderly, but actually orderly, seemingly chaotic, but actually rhythmic landscape.
