Sales Center for DOTINT
This project is located in Changzhou, China. The project pays tribute to the entire city and shows a unique urban image under the theme of natural ecology. By integrating design of the indoor and outdoor of the space, the modern style door frames are stacked in layers, whose sequence is adjusted by mathematical parameters for a gradual transition. It seamlessly blends the environments inside and outside to construct a naturalistic metropolitan masterpiece. Another classic metropolitan property development underlines the experience aesthetics of life and creates an ideal living environment.

In terms of the integrated design of the indoor and outdoor of the core space, the modern style door frames are stacked in layers, whose sequence is adjusted by mathematical parameters for a gradual transition. After extending into the interior, the frames are reshaped to form an arc-like lobby, which interprets the richness of the space by matching with dropping acrylic panels and modern public installations.

The layered door frames are gradually reshaped to form an arc-like lobby. The glass corridor, along with vibrant space installations, lifts the atmosphere to the climax instantly. The architects strive to make bolder attempts under the context of classic metropolitan style. The three main materials, brushed copper-like stainless steel, dual-layered insulating Low-E glass and golden limestone, constitute a new interface and imply the distinctive ecological features of the community.
The biggest challenge was the boundary planning of the project. The Grand Canal on the south and the large wetland on the east are precious ecological resources, which cut off the direct connection between the community and the city. The adjacent elevated highways and urban arteries to the northwest side also interfere with the community's topography to some extent. Due to the extremely irregular shape of the site, the planning strategy differs from any previous metropolitan-style communities.
20190820-20200422 Location: 100 meter southward at the intersection of Zhongwu Avenue and Chuanfang South Road
Two buildings on the south and north maintain the classic metropolitan style. The volume between them acts as a vital "connector",highlighting the modern design aesthetics. Visitors are impressed by the stacked brushed copper-like door frames and a large number of randomly-installed acrylic sheets. The project concludes with a large garden featuring a swirl-shaped layout. The delicate composition with classic architecture, triggers naturalistic aesthetics from the perspective of multiple senses.
Enjoying superior natural conditions of Huangliangbang Wetland Park of about 270,000 square meter, Vanke Metropolis Seasons involves five major elements, water, space, light, courtyard and materials, into the architectural design. It seamlessly blends the environments inside and outside to construct a naturalistic metropolitan masterpiece. Another classic metropolitan property development underlines the experience aesthetics of life and creates an ideal living environment that gardens stand everywhere.
Different from the traditional sequence and axis, it is critical to create a project that pays tribute to the entire city and shows a unique urban image under the theme of natural ecology. It is equally important to ponder on how to build a quality interface within the limited land. In such context, the design theme features an asymmetrical flexible space, which becomes the most important urban image.
