It is an interior design case for a photographer's Studio. The designer arranged an open and a closed shooting area in space of 82 square meters. Moreover, there are live area for photographer, dressing room for customers, post processing room, and lounge for extra work and communication. The designer uses red, black, and white to construct a feeling of confrontation in space and expresses a strong visual impact and scene memory.

The designer fully realized the client’s functional requirements within the 82-square-meter space, including: Lounge: at the entrance for customers to rest, equipped with a bar, seating, and a photo wall. Open shooting area: it mainly takes leisure photos under natural light; the combination of natural light and artificial light sources is provided. Closed shooting area: it is mainly serving for artistic photos. Post processing room: photographer and assistants will complete the work of post processing. Live area/Dressing room: the photographer can set up live lecture in space, it has full functions of video shooting and product display.
Is it an interior design case for a photography art studio, thus, the client has a high standard for the light luminaires. The designer constructed two different photographic Spaces. The open shooting area adopts a combination of indirect natural light sources and artificial light sources. Photographers can create photographic works with different emotional characteristics by changing lighting settings. While in the closed shooting area, artificial light is used to create more visual characteristics of artistic photography.

There is an activity route designed for customers. The designer arranged photographic works and art installations at several main points along the customer activity route. The route creates memory clues that help customers to understand the creation of an artistic and the photographer's aesthetic taste. Moreover, along the browsing route, customers are getting ready to shoot at their best state.

The designer is inspired by the client's understanding of the art of photography. The photographer values the record of emotion. Thus, he created his brand, emotion recording studio. White represents a pure container, while red and black are the most vibrant emotions. The designer uses red, black, and white to construct a feeling of confrontation in space. Combined with the Yayoi-styled red polka-dot device, he creates a modern space that expresses a strong visual impact and scene memory.
