Designers tried to use space to express a spiritual nature with the visitors, starting from the perspective of digging into the Chinese culture and the new lifestyle of contemporary society, to broaden the mind and extract the charm of oriental culture. Through the combination of colors and the creation of artistic conception, a fantasy realm hidden in people's hearts has been created. This is not just a study of space or a change in style, but an ultimate expression of the attitude of modern life.

Unique Properties
Although the purpose of the model unit is to display the designs available in the complex, the space it creates is comparable to that of life. Therefore, the designers believe that the display should return to the essence of life, that is, the common spiritual and material needs of the people.

Production Technology
This is also the key to convey the sense of spatial quality. In terms of color, the overall space is dominated by light tones, bronze metal materials and walnut are dotted with elements that reflect the oriental atmosphere. The low-saturation warm gray marble grain contrasts neatly with the large-area beige and gray wall cloth and the dark walnut wall.
Design Challenge
The biggest difficulty of the overall design space is the limitation brought by the concrete structure of all walls. By using the design methods, the visitors are able to focus on the beauty of the formation structure highlighted by the spacious area, and the carefully designed minute details.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2019 in Haikao and finished in October 2019 in Haikao.
Operation Flow
The Chinese elements and the modern urban temperament are naturally integrated into the same scene, creating a sense of peace and elegance that the new elite of the society yearns for.
Research
The setting of the scene is for the new elite class in China, and their career success has laid the requirements for a high-quality life. Their international careers and their love for Chinese culture reflect their high sense of self-identity and inclusiveness.
Inspiration
The Project of the model unit design originated from the designers' in-depth thinking. The purpose of the construction is to show the advantages and characteristics of the typical units available, to use the space to resonate with the visitors and engender a sense of identity, thereby helping them to have a certain demand for the unit, so as to achieve the sales goal of the developer.
