The tires above the ceiling are decorated with waste tires; the tires symbolize high-speed and correspond to the rapid transmission of light. They are equipped with Taiwan patented circular metal sound-absorbing panels, which are like memory CD-disks.
The horizontal bar, swing, and climbing wall respectively have the image effect of data transmission belt, frequency, and upward climbing. Let the users to take a break and rest.
The project finished in January 2021 in Hsinchi, Taiwan.
The designer integrates scientific and technological concepts, with the extension of light lines and the restructuring of memories as the core, make the design more meaningful.
The designer set up barrier-free ramps that comply with Taiwans certificate of administrative regulations on decoration of buildings, and the materials used in the space comply with the environmental protection and green building materials label certification. Choose good building materials to reduce the persecution of nature and make people and the environment coexist in a better way.
It could be used for display, office, negotiation, and AI artificial intelligence to meet the needs of users with unmanned interaction.
Memory of Light Office has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution. Recipients of the Iron A' Design Award are acknowledged for their practical innovations and contributions to their respective fields, providing solutions that improve quality of life and foster positive change. These designs are a testament to the skill and dedication of their creators, showcasing their ability to address real-world challenges through thoughtful design.
