The team leaves a lot of white walls and ceilings in the lobby and multi-functional exhibition hall, and chooses the original texture cement floor to reserve the space and walls that can be used for future display, and it can also reserve in terms of functional conditions. The demand is to respond to the minimalist requirements in the design concept. In addition, meeting rooms and recreational spaces can be converted to other functions by moving furniture. Even if there is a possibility of a second construction change in the future, it can ensure that there is no need to dismantle and rebuild.
The building was originally a residential plan, and the original layout and power supply and drainage configurations must be re-adjusted to suit the above spatial functions. In the limited decoration budget, the space design still needs to conform to the client's company image and brand style: fashionable, popular, elegant and bright. The final effect not only meets the above needs, but also conforms to the client's company image in style and beauty, and is also well controlled in terms of budget, achieving a balance between reasonable prices and design effects.
The project finished in June 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Simple lines and materials, low chroma colors, methodical details and quality, comfortable and comfortable use, and the overall space presents an elegant temperament. Step out of the elevator and before entering the main office area, the cold metal arc walls and lights on both sides, with minimal decoration materials and design techniques, instantly transform the space into a fashionable extension table, opening up fashion for people entering this space journey of.
The early planning and design received strong support during the implementation. In order to modify the basis of the original residential configuration and ensure normal use in the later period, most of the cost was invested in the construction of basic conditions. The selected materials and construction methods minimize the need for reprocessing. Reduce manpower and resource consumption and save costs. Exposed pipelines and surface materials are accurate and step-by-step construction is required to be done at one time, and unnecessary on-site processing or polluting production processes are gradually reduced. Ensure that the completed space meets the requirements of environmental protection, cleanness and pollution-free, and immediate entry.
In response to customers in a popular industry and changing market demands, there are new ideas to be produced at any time, so they need a relatively flexible space that can be adjusted at any time, reducing unnecessary and unchangeable decorations and furniture and saving budgets. Various popular elements that may be produced in the future retain the space for performance and performance.
