Residential House for Chang Design
The designer lets the space show proper grace, and the ingenuity is concentrated in the detail. Like the use of color, with white as the base, the saturated color is to brighten the atmosphere. For the moving line design, it keeps the contour of each area neat and square. In the daily vision design of the owner, the three generations can see each other when they open the bedroom door. On the ceiling design, the shadow in the corner with multi-level design could receive the lamp groove of indirect illumination elegantly.

Setting out from creating the life scenery for the owner, the designer lets the space show proper grace, and the ingenuity is concentrated in the detail. Like the use of color, with white as the base, the saturated color is to brighten the atmosphere; for the moving line design, it keeps the contour of each area neat and square; in the daily vision design of the owner, the three generations can see each other when they open the bedroom door.
Interior, Design, House, Residence
In order to maintain the simple and elegant atmosphere of the space, but not boring, the designer maintains the sense of space unity and rich levels with the decorative color, mirror, wallpaper and other different materials interspersed; and on the ceiling design, the shadow in the corner with multi-level design could receive the lamp groove of indirect illumination elegantly. In addition, the designer slightly adjusts the direction of bedroom door in the original space, let the family open the door and see each other immediately.
The requirement of the owner is very clear. In addition to the beloved neoclassical style, another insistence is the indirect lighting on the ceiling. In order to avoid the obtrusive light groove embedded for the indirect lighting, the designer puts great effort on the ceiling, with multi-level and shadow layout, to gently receive the existence of light groove.
The project is located in a building overlooking the river view in Xindian District of New Taipei City.
Under the designer's careful construction, the scenery of home is not limited to the scene seen from the window, but the seemingly ordinary bedroom, living room, dining table, and even the lamp groove on the ceiling have become the daily scenery of the owner. Here, the space not only bears the function, but also looks like an elegant painting, and the three generations in the same house can not only appreciate the life scenery, but also the most precious bright spot in the painting.
The layout of public space is also the key of the designer's efforts. The color of dining table continues the elegance of living room, and the furniture is placed delicately to create a depth of field in the public space, calm, graceful, and delicate.
The designer sets out from the neoclassicism style that the house owner prefers, with the material in abstemious use of color and full of ingenuity, to create the clean, elegant, and not rigid spatial expression. The designer also carefully considers the daily life of house owner; from the three generations of the family opening the bedroom doors, to sitting on the sofa to look around, all lines of sight from morning to evening, are the designer carefully outlined life scenery.
