Residential for IShung international development company
In the classical atmosphere, the design team used a rounded design at the corner to connect the various areas. The space is not overly decorated, but embellished with metallic tones such as gold and silver. The gray and blue tones of the public space are magnificent. Metals, crystals, and marble shine to accentuate the classical style. The private area in gray and purple tones is romantic, composed of draped curtains, warm lighting, and European-style trims.

The design team used different proportions of colors to shape the public and private areas with different atmospheres. The public area is grand, with gray-blue tones as the main visual. In the private area, the gray and purple tones express the impression of romance. The corridor that connects the public and private areas is the highlight. A crystal lamp, the favorite of the client, is the core of the public area and symbolizes the style of the space. The corridor is flanked by induction lighting that lights up slowly as people walk by.
Neo-classical, luxury, crystal, higher floor, marble.
Building materials: marble, titanium-plated metal, European-style trims, latex paint, imported tiles, crystal chandeliers, carbonized materials, etc. To meet the preference of the client, the dining table and the living room table are made of natural marble for large gatherings. The titanium-plated metal is more delicate than baking paint. Although the surface of the titanium-plated metal looks metallic reflection, the touch is silky smooth, which cannot be done by baking paint.
To perfectly reproduce the client expectations for the home, the design team communicated closely with the client during the pre-production and construction process. In addition, the team found the problem of weak lighting in the corridor, and under the premise of gorgeous design, they used calcium silicate board to base the ceiling and hand-painted 8cm wide circular curves on-site, and finally added LED light strips to create a full visual effect.
The project finished in May 2022 in Taiwan.
There are many customized areas in the space for the client, such as a tea area for the host and a dressing room for the hostess. On the other hand, the quality of the design can also be seen in the details. The last five months of the construction were spent on finishing, to form a flawlessly textured residence. The thickness of each panel and each arc must be 4cm, which not only looks visually full but also has the symbolic meaning of wishing the client success in business.
The name of this project is 'Timeless'. Stone and light are based on the client personality and preference. The design team used marble and metal to make the whole space look luxurious and magnificent. Moreover, the client requires a sense of roundness, so the details are outlined in arcs. The residence is where people often stay, and it will be meaningful if every detail is in line with the family's ideas. Finally, the design team added a vibrant atmosphere through the circular light strips that symbolize vitality and the planting wall on the balcony.
The inspiration comes from the client's ideas and personality. Because the client is a businessman and wanted to have a rounded impression in his home, the theme for this project is set as 'round'. The design team used light tones and ornate European-style trims, covered with delicate and silky metal. At the vista or the focal point, there is furniture that the client likes. The colorful and diverse materials have delicate details, and the sparkling light of the crystals can be felt at every step.
