Residential for GLOBAL INTERIOR A DESIGN CO.
Following the characteristics of the base, the overall design is based on the modern style of home life and humanities that are close to the natural landscape. The theme of "introducing the scenery into the house and painting on the stone" is to make the simple lines intertwined with each other; the house has its own unique personality, and it constructs a delicate texture of strength and gentleness in the atmosphere of the house. The "material" is used as a representation of the artistic heritage and the artistic conception of life.

The living room area expresses the owner’s introverted taste with a clean and concise impression of modern fashion style, and interprets the elegant and fresh style of the field through minimal furniture design. The multi-functional space is planned behind the sofa, which combines the functions of a study room and a studio through lines. The layered texture highlights the elegant scale and deep tension performance.

Before entering the public hall area, the space segment is defined by the mirrored door arch frame, which overcomes the existing pressure beam limitation in the space, and secondly makes the line of sight gradually progressive, the effect of mutual extension and virtual reality.
The building itself has a huge beam body. The designer then covered and modified the beams with different heights and ratios, and then decorated the black mirror material with straight and smooth ceiling lines to extend the vision to the beautiful scenery outside the window.

The modern and stylish taste of the whole house can be seen in the independent porch area constructed by black, white, gray and low-chroma color lines and neat lines; the public domain planned by the open layout is based on the space itself, allowing the study to form a biaxial series of parallel lines flow to the living room and the kitchen area. At the same time, a row of display cabinets is planned according to the owner's preference for collecting art products at the back of the desk. The treasures collected from all over the world are used as the main visual wall, reflecting the wealth space texture with humanities and arts.
GIA Design believes that space through design, in addition to the conceptual practice between function, style, and line and surface, the most important thing is to draw closer interactions between family members and connect emotional intimacy. In the planning of this project, through the distribution of functions and layouts, it shows the openness and grandeur of the public domain, as well as the gathering of visitors, relatives and friends in daily life, and completely radiates the unique and exclusive characteristics of "home".
For the homeowner who has just removed his position from the job, this house is not only the starting point for the exciting second half of his life, but also a treasure box to summarize his past life experience. The problem facing the designer is under the new space structure, bring a more complete life experience for users' body and mind.
