Model House for MTO Design
Based on the living habits of the hostess, the design team divided the living room into three shared areas, namely the rest and meditation area, the work and study area and the storage and collection area. In addition, the design of a multi-function dining table meets most of the owner's life needs. The layout of the master bedroom is relatively traditional, but from the details of the materials, people can find some resonance points of plants, such as bed flags, wall coverings, and independent art hanging paintings, with a comfortable and comfortable personality.

Unique Properties
The designers have conducted the actual understanding and analysis of the hostess's habits and hobbies. Accordingly, in this case design, the living room no longer has the traditional sofa and background wall, a long table will meet most of the use scenarios: breakfast, video conference, work, study, afternoon tea and so on. The design concept of intermediary came into being, and the designers no longer pursue a single design logic.

Production Technology
The main materials in this project are artistic paint, environment-friendly coiled material with texture, wood veneer, marble, brick, etc.
Design Challenge
The proportion of objects in space is "random" , like the branches of a tree. From shape, color and subtle texture, objects will be rearranged and combined after being touched and used. It is just like when a plant experiences wind, frost, rain and snow during its growth. It will change its shape.
Project Duration
The project started in July 2022 in Guangzhou and finished in September 2022 in Guangzhou.
Operation Flow
For a botanist, the sun may be the source of her spirit change, collect beautiful branches flowers as guest restaurant excessive decoration, horizontal space multi-function ark, blurred the boundary of the two areas, in the afternoon sunshine, let rough material become exquisite, let the old wood accumulation art pendant more imagination, as if the whole home began to "photosynthesis", infinite vitality.
Research
The way of modern urbanite life person, changes with each passing day. Depending on the personality or the actual needs to work, there is a world of difference. Accommodation is not only refers to the regular living space, but also means multi-area, multi-functional mixed use. Therefore, at different times, different situations, there will be different instant feelings, the mixed feelings of life to release different emotions.
Inspiration
Contemporary young consumer groups, with the impact of the epidemic, the residential use function has undergone tremendous changes. Now the living space can not only have simple functions, it needs more combination of work and rest, diversification, more practical and intimate function superposition, which is the original intention of the design concept of compound residence.
