This project is a four-story residential building that uses simple materials and changes in light and shadow to create a sense of tranquility within the space. Time brings a gentler understanding and appreciation of life, hoping to create a warm, profound, and elegant space that promotes a slower pace of living. The space is interpreted through openness, release and serenity. Immersing itself in the gradual transitions under soft light and portraying a life theater where reality and romance blend

The design incorporates special paint with brush marks to complement the layers of dark wood tones, balancing the intensity of the space with structure and color. In this low-saturation ambiance, the colors of life become richer and more vivid, allowing for the delicate appreciation of every moving moment. As time changes, the warmth of light and shadow deepens, and the space immerses in the gradual transitions under soft light, portraying a life theater where reality and romance blend.
Real company is not doing the same thing in the same space, but rather, for this family of four, it means setting up the context through which each can fulfill their own private and shared needs in different corners. Re-spacing is the game-changing idea, as it is all about having fun, creating a new lifestyle for the family to build familial relationships anew.
The project started in September 2021 and finished in February 2022 in Taiwan.
Skillfully integrates natural elements into the architecture, creating a seamless blend between the residence and its surrounding environment. The hard furnishings of the residence are designed with simplicity and clarity, with harmonious and unified proportions that evoke a sense of comfort. The layout of the residence thoroughly considers the living habits and needs of the occupants. Each functional area is reasonably divided, maintaining independence while ensuring the continuity and flow of the space.
As residents immerse themselves in the evolving scenery, they can experience an immersive sense of depth from the lines and geometric compositions, navigating through the tension of parallel spatial realms, and flowing with vibrant vitality. The environment undergoes constant changes with light and shadow, enveloping a sense of inner-born comfort.
The aim is for home to be a source of tranquility, providing a refuge from the relentless pace of urban life. The design advocates for an open-plan layout where living areas are interconnected, promoting harmony between spaces and encouraging a sense of freedom and flow within the family. This makes it an ideal place for a modern lifestyle.
