The project involves designing and constructing a spacious apartment. This residence will feature multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and various living spaces to meet the needs of a modern family. The design will focus on creating a comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment. A floating staircase will serve as a highlight, drawing visitors attention as they explore the art pieces displayed around the room. This blend of art, design and functionality will create a unique and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

Unique Properties
The floating staircase can be the highlight, drawing visitors’ attention as they explore the art pieces displayed around the room. This blend of art, design, and functionality can create a unique and inviting atmosphere for visitors. This design effectively combines lighting, furniture, material finishes, and color palette to create a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing dining area.

Production Technology
The staircase is features open risers and horizontal wooden treads, giving the appearance of floating steps. These treads are connected to a central dark metal stringer, which adds a sleek and contemporary touch to the overall design. The handrail, also made of wood, curves smoothly around the edge of the staircase, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Design Challenge
While the bonsai tree introduces a natural, calming element, symbolizing balance and harmony. we to put that in entrance foyer, contribute to a cozy atmosphere, making the space feel inviting.
Project Duration
The project started in May 2023 in Hong Kong and finished in September 2024
Operation Flow
The entrance is located on the middle floor of this apartment, which serves as a central hub. The visitor area is situated downstairs, while the private quarters are upstairs. Common areas such as the gym and living room are on the middle floor, making them easily accessible. Visitors can enjoy meals in the kitchen and dining area, and relax in the play area and tearoom, all located downstairs. The owner’s private quarters upstairs provide a peaceful retreat, ensuring privacy and tranquility
Research
This design tells a story of blending nature with modernity, creating a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We tried do some research on how to blend nature, modern aesthetics with traditional elements, creating a serene and welcoming space
Inspiration
An interior space is inspired by minimalist and contemporary aesthetics, focusing on clean lines, functional spaces, and a neutral color palette, with a staircase as the focal point. The staircase features smooth, curved wooden panels that create a flowing, organic look, adding a sense of movement and elegance to the space. This design exemplifies how practical elements can be incorporated into living spaces without compromising on elegance and aesthetics.
