Objective: Design a corporate headquarters workspace that merges functionality, innovation, and artistic appeal. The aim is to boost employee efficiency, elevate the company’s image, and offer a unique experience for clients and visitors, while creating a flexible, multifunctional office environment. Functions: The project is divided into four key areas: a. Office area, b. Reception area, c. Meeting and multifunctional area, d. Leisure and social area.

The design prioritizes sustainability by selecting durable, eco-friendly materials like shadow wood veneer, ripple-patterned jade stone, and antique bronze stainless steel, balancing aesthetics with resource conservation. Office furniture, including the butterfly desk, features flexible designs made from sustainable materials such as wood and recyclable plastics, enabling future space adjustments to adapt to evolving workplace needs.
In this design project, the biggest challenge was to break through the limitations of traditional office spaces and create an environment that is both artistic and flexible. Discarded fixed layouts to provide an open and interactive space, while addressing the diverse needs of both employees and visitors. By utilizing the fluidity and inclusivity of curves, we crafted an office space with an artistic atmosphere, integrating original artworks to establish a new realm for modern office environments.
The project started in October 2023 in Shanghai and finished in September 2024 in Shanghai.
This design creates an interactive, flexible office space that blends art and functionality, moving beyond traditional office norms. Adjustable layouts and furniture foster employee and visitor collaboration, while flowing curves and artwork blur conventional boundaries. The space's flexibility and sustainable design allow it to adapt over time, enhancing creativity, teamwork, and efficiency—surpassing the limitations of fixed office environments.
On the business level, it helps enterprises enhance work efficiency and innovation capabilities by boosting employees' creativity and collaboration, thereby strengthening the company's competitiveness. On the design level, this flexible, interactive, and art-integrated office space model breaks through traditional design thinking, establishes new design standards, and demonstrates how innovative design can improve work experience and spatial value, setting a benchmark for future office environments.
Concept: The design inspiration comes from the fusion of architectural language and art, with the theme "Flowing Art." Through smooth curves and high-quality artworks, it showcases the intersection of technology and creativity. The artworks are strategically placed to blur the boundaries of space, creating a more open and interactive environment. This breaks the stereotypical image of traditional offices, enhancing the overall user experience and stimulating creativity and collaboration.
