Under the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington, the sales center is a mixed space of classical British style and modern fashion style. Drawing inspirations from red brick buildings of British style, the designer has integrated the architectural elements with his own understanding of art, creating a red brick facade. What’s more, soft furnishings of the same color are used to decorate the interior space.

Production Technology
The lobby is decorated in symmetrical style with carefully-arranged lighting matrixes to outline the image of the Union Flag. The negotiation area is separated from the lobby by an arched European-style partition. A black iron rack, red chairs and a black couch enclose a golden tea table, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for communication; the sweet magnolias, the antique clock and the fountain sculpture are all elaborate details to highlight British romance.
Design Challenge
In the process of design, these two parties have kept the same idea: based on the requirements of the users, the design should integrate architecture, interior, art and culture to create an interesting lifestyle and a warm community, which will realize the dream for high-quality life.

Operation Flow
The designer has simplified the complicated style of traditional European architecture, only to keep the classical outline and circular arch. Modern design skills are combined with historical symbols, presenting a more fresh and distinctive British atmosphere within the classical and elegant structure.
Research
Good space experience is not only to show the present but also to reflect the past and reveal the future. Therefore, whether the functions of a space are flexible and sustainable as time passes by is what the real estate group and the design studio are thinking about and exploring for.
