Residential House for Moon Refined Design Co., Ltd.
This project was a roughed-in house at the beginning. The earth tones were mainly applied in the space. A feng shui aquarium was made with 22mm ultra-clear glass, the granite floor created a casual atmosphere. According to the owner's living habits, Moon Refined Design group separate dining area and light meal area. The dining area was designed in dark tones while the light meal area was applied ambient light to create a bar atmosphere which gives a relaxed and cozy feeling. The bedrooms in this house were spacious and bright to satisfy the owner's needs to have a casual cozy home.

Unique Properties
This project was a roughed-in house that there was a greenery park right beside the house. Designer applied enframed scenery technique to make visual extension of interior space. The earth tone materials and aquarium all added nature greenery into house which could create a cozy feeling.

Production Technology
The aquarium weighted in at 4 tonnes while Taiwan is situated in the Circum-Pacific seismic zone. Therefore, the lower brackets of the tank was well planned and calculated by structural mechanics to avoid distortion and collapse.
Design Challenge
Consider the feng shui and building structural limitation, how to avoid any space waste but still create a sense of spaciousness was a challenge.

Research
Making good use of flow to create a reasonable and better space planning. In addition to connect indoor and outdoor vibes, the design of greenery aquarium also was a core focus on an entire space. The earth tone materials and colors created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for family.
Inspiration
The sunlight came through the wood screen. Splashing landscape foyer set off a forest.Full of life-was the name of this forest.While, greenery aquarium was an important node for a better flow.The earth tone materials were mainly used in this space which aimed to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for family. Aimed to increase the interaction of families, the bedrooms were organized to around dining room which let each family were easier to reach the hub of home from their own bedrooms.Live, gathering, private, dreams and love all could be found in this house.
Project Overview
Full of Life Residential House has been a Iron winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution.
