In designing with the purpose of increase aesthetic value, the design team has chosen the light yellow tone as the theme color for the sales hall. In addition, there is a display shelf that features with the exquisite artwork decorations beside. The whole space is beneath under the decorative jellyfish glass ceiling light, which was also an echo installation to the blue wave stone at the entrance lobby. For all of the results, the design team has highlighted the details by using stainless steel and the whole space was decorated in luxury modern style.

Unique Properties

To help our clients to deliver their message to the yuppies as well the potential users, the designer blends the essence of modern but elegant design into the sales hall. The whole space was decorated with a light yellow tone in order to match the main color theme of the property’s publicity. An echo with the entrance design with blue wave stone and special jellyfish glass ceiling feature, which made sales hall showed an energetic but gorgeous atmosphere.

Production Technology

In order to present one of the major merits of the property facing the sea, the designer used a very special blue wave marble for the logo feature wall as the backdrop to create a great impression for visitors. Our Design Director hopes potential buyers to be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the Sales Office, therefore the designer standardized the main design elements by applying nickel stained steel, special crystal feature and unique marble pattern for the whole sales office.

Design Challenge

The challenge for this project would be sourcing and arranging the material for the site. In order to present one of the major merits of the property - facing the sea, our design director had been looked for a special blue stone with a remarkable pattern from all over the world, as hoped that the potential users will be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office, which applied nickel stained steel, special crystal feature and unique blue marble for the whole sales office.

Project Duration

The project started in March 2019 and finished in August 2019 in Hong Kong. And it starts to open for the public in Oct 2019.

Operation Flow

In order to leave the deep impression for visitors with an artistic temperament, our designer director blended the essence of modern but elegant design into the sales hall. In order to present one of the major merits of the property facing the sea, the designer applied the sea-wave art sculpture in one of the areas, blended with the waterfall decorative lighting as created one of the focal points to attract people's eye.

Research

Our clients aim to design a sales office that can demonstrate the superior characteristics of the property and present the elements of actual environments for potential users. As the analysis data from our client is our type of research, we communicated with all the person in charge, by understanding their core-value of sustained commitment to quality homes. Thus, our design director combined their core value into this key project The Grand Marine, designed a very fancy and grand sales office.

Inspiration

As the property has a world-class landscape, thus our design director hopes potential buyers will be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office. He standardized the main theme color for this project in the light yellow, as this color has represented the lightest hue of the spectrum. In color psychology, it means uplifting and illuminating, as well as offering hope, cheerfulness, and happiness.
