Sales Center for Fancy Design
Designers run through the idea of coordination and integration of architecture and interior overall framework throughout this case, and establishes the overall design keynote of the project with innovative design concepts. The whole space is dominated by gray and black, which outline the sense of science and technology with the processing of line sequence, and render the sense of hierarchy with linear lighting. From the wide ladder into the second floor, the whole wall of book shelves appears with ordered array and momentum magnificent.

In this case, designers run the idea of harmonious integration of building and interior overall framework through the project design to lay the overall tone of the project with the innovative concept.

Production Technology
Gray with texture laid the ground color of the calm and composed space, matching with gloomy and mysterious black, the moving light and shadow lines with decorating dynamic temperament draws the outline of the miniature of contemporary science and technology blending in life residence. The geometrical combination picture on deep-coloured wood wall have bright adornment effect and concise form, combination of different color piece, different material collide artistic spark.
Design Challenge
The design difficulty of this case is to jump out of the fixed mode of general sales center, reflect the brand concept and operation thinking of developers, and integrate local culture and characteristics.
Project Duration
The project started in February 2019 in Luoyang and finished in October 2019 in Luoyang.
Operation Flow
In the gray transition area between the sand table reception area and the sample room, a group of transparent hanging chairs and rotating chairs not only meet the aesthetic feeling but also have practical functions for a short rest, the top surface is made of stainless steel mirror material to create a perfect combination between the real object and the mirror image.
Research
The creativeness is one of the signs of social progress, in the face of the rise of aesthetic dimension in contemporary design, combined with the aesthetic of contemporary space art, the technique of combining light and shadow with contrast of black and white is used to interpret the artistic spirit quietly.
Inspiration
Modern people's pursuit of space is already beyond the comfortableness and beauty, advocating humanistic design, Fancy Design team turns the thinking of living space design into attitude towards art to make contemporary art and aesthetic fashion of humanities build scenery jointly, its new work Central China Real Estate is such practice, a contemporary space under the view of art, calm and elegant.
