Bar for Ly Design Office
This project explains the dialogue between space and culture. By creating some dramatic details, the abstract artistic expression is transformed into perceptible spatial image. The design of the lobby highlights the spatial tone of the bar's pursuit of avant-garde, innovation and artistic sense. The design of the private room follows the functional requirements. The decoration with visual tension combines the original materials such as metal and stone, creating a light effect, while integrating art and industrial style into the whole space.

This project fully explains the dialogue between space and culture. By creating some highly dramatic details, the abstract artistic expression is transformed into perceptible spatial image. Designers create a bar space full of texture and depth with the help of overlapping levels and vague boundaries between physical objects and shadows.

The interior continues the same visual feeling as the facade. Walking into the bar, the grain and texture of the material itself are retained to a great extent in the space. Designers pursue avant-garde, laying the dark gray background with the mottled cement paint, embellishing the cool color light and local purple elements, reducing the sense of existence of space decoration, and creating a dynamic atmosphere.
The toilet presents the beauty of space texture with rhythmic shape, and forms the interaction between light and shadow and environment with the mirror. The smooth lines and steady texture not only endow the space with rich layers, but also represent the spiritual orientation and aesthetic interest of modern people.
The project started in August 2018 in Haikou and finished in November 2018 in Haikou.
Local areas use the geometric shape of the lamp band, which echoes the division of indoor space and meets the lighting needs, while forming a sharp visual contrast with other walls. The staggering of light and shadow lines between virtual and real weakens the limitations of space structure, and also reflects the delicate quality and distinctive personality.
The design of the lobby highlights the spatial tone of the bar's pursuit of avant-garde, innovation and artistic sense. Although the whole space does not have too much delicate decoration, but it has rich texture and lively atmosphere, so that people can relax in the interlaced cups, enjoy the most pure and wonderful time.
Designers hope to build a field to interpret the comfort and relaxation of vision, space and spirit, so that the perfect space experience comes into being in the exquisite details. Therefore, box is extracted as an element throughout the whole space, and the original space is re-interpreted with coherent design techniques, which can get rid of the traditional bar depression and extend a regular shape to build the relationship between space.
