Themed by "Urban Living Room" Bluemoon has built a social communication field featuring urban lake-villa, constructed relatively private functional areas including negotiation area, study, tea room, VIP room, cigar room and so on, created a multi-functional living room that is close to nature and return to the humanities based on deep excavation for cultures and the co-exist relationship between humanity and nature depicted by flexible techniques, and realized the space that matches with the wealth class in lifestyle and can generate aesthetic resonance and spiritual resonance for residents.

Research
In the perspective of the designer Kelly Lin, design is not only to create a space, but also a place for living and a carrier of spiritual culture, which should rely on the exploration of the city, the expectation towards life, the pursue for culture and the integration of nature. Therefore, BLUEMOON DESIGN has been deeply thinking and actively practicing how to excavate the depth of urban humanity and local nature, match with the wealth class in lifestyle, and create a modern space that can generate aesthetic resonance and spiritual resonance for residents in the project.
Inspiration
Tianjin, a city near the sea, was prosperous by virtue of canal transport with a long history of six hundred years and deep cultural deposits rooted here, which boasts unique city scape. In the perspective of the designer Kelly Lin, design is not only to create a space, but also a place for living and a carrier of spiritual culture. It should rely on the exploration of the city, the expectation towards life, the pursuit for culture and the integration of nature.

Tianjin RK One Island Sales Center has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
