Unique Properties
In this project Zn Design uses techniques of modern naturalism to explore the relevance of modernism in today's time, regions and cultural contexts. This project expresses the beauty of space from the change of light and shadow, long lasting in the washing of the years. ZN DESIGN creates an atmosphere from mixing modernism, contemporary art, colleges, art galleries and gardens.

Design Challenge
It is an orderly space. The texture and perception everywhere is similar. How to have the interpretation of narrative and sense of context in that space. I came to Porto Spain two years ago. Siza designed the Porto School of Architecture,which is also his alma mater, at the age of 60. At the top of the library, there is a large-span top skylight installation, which is quiet and minimal.

Operation Flow
1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way. 2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space. 3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space 4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction 5.Render the complete space with famous photographers.
Research
Poetic urban nature. New aesthetic features that interpret cultural artistic conception. The perfect combination of contemporary aesthetics and nature. Implicit and introverted emotional expression. Spirit of place of returning to the nature.
Inspiration
Let the oriental aesthetics of garden art respond the purity of modernism. It creates a soft, graceful , tranquil, natural and harmony space. Find design inspirations from ancient Chinese landscape paintings. A new aesthetic feature of poetic urban nature interprets a cultural conception - return to nature's spirit of place.
