Unique Properties

In this project, the space is relatively small, so the design team divides the layout of the rooms according to thematic culture and consumer segmentation, improving the crampedness of the space. The backdrop of the main stage lighting consists of LED lines of varying lengths to form a surface that eventually comes in the shape of a pair of feathery wings, spreading out on the two sides of the stage, like an angel coming to you.

Production Technology

The lines of the LED digital lights run through the space in various combinations, and the blue base tone makes the space cold and deep, and full of mystery. The black and white linear lights allow people to have a sense of futuristic technology and contrast with the modern red light, giving people a sense of time travel and making the space richer and more diverse.

Design Challenge

The aisles connecting the boxes are narrow and long, and the design team uses red lighting that makes people have a desire to explore. The decorations added on both sides of the wall extending from the wall to the ceiling look like object distortions caused by a space-time disorder, adding fun and a sense of depth to the space.

Project Duration

The project was located in Yun Nan, China. It was finished in June 2020.

Operation Flow

The entrance hall has a reception desk set in the middle of four load bearing pillars, and the radiating light bands on the walls and pillars, together with the scene of the light and energy convergence from the projection of the giant screen on the ceiling, are like the starting point of a time travel, making people full of expectations.

Research

Color matching occupies an important place in the design of a space. In order to create an unique experiences, designer use a forward looking perspective in the considering of aesthetics in the entertainment space design.In this project, light and shadow bring an extraordinary beauty, while the boundary between reality and illusion becomes blurred.

Inspiration

Leyang Party K uses an exaggerated and complex gothic-style art approach, combined with modern technology, to create a karaoke with a unique style and charm.The exterior of the space retains its basic metal frame, added with linear madrix strip lighting. The magnificent LED lighting creates a bar atmosphere and enhances the consumer experience with the distinctive home furnishings, which makes it stand out from traditional KTVs.
