Office for DZ Yunqi Design Co.,Ltd
The whole office is mainly in bright color, using the classic color matching of black, white and gray. Not only creates a full sense of high-level, but also eases the tension and fatigue of urban life by low saturation and high brightness, which is conducive to reducing the pressure of employees at work and improving work efficiency. In the division of functional areas, the designer uses an open arched door to divide the whole space. The semi open design not only retains the space fluidity, but also eliminates the cramped feeling of the closed space.

In the design of U Media Office project, the designer Mr. Zhai made full use of his profound professional knowledge, working experience and aesthetic skills in the space with an average office space of about 3 square meters with extremely low cost, taking into account the above demands, and handed in a perfect solution.

The space function of the office itself also determines that this kind of design is bound to pursue cost-effective, which requires designers to maximize the use and save the budget with appropriate layout, simple materials and suitable technology.
Due to the limitation of space, there are two areas where employees need to face the wall. Therefore, the designer specially installed soft boards on its surface to avoid the cold and stiff feeling. At the same time, it is convenient for the staff to paste notes and nail notes on the wall to record the work content.
The project started in November 2019 in Qingdao and finished in December 2019 in Qingdao.
In this space of less than 100 square meters, the designer skillfully built a 4-meter-long bar beside the arch. The bar not only plays a role in dividing the functional areas together with the arch, but also provides a place for employees to enjoy coffee and tea, so as to relax and charge themselves.
Because the overall lighting is not enough for daily office use, the designer uses local lighting to brighten the desk area again. The local lighting lamps use anti dazzle light source, and the color temperature is controlled at 4000K, which is very neutral and soft, neither warm nor cold. It ensures that the employees can work at the desk for a long time, even work late at night, and will not feel dry and tired eyes.
The classic office design is to create a modern office environment with comfort and tension, order and artistry on the basis of in-depth understanding of the company type and culture, taking humanistic care as the basic concept, open and orderly as the basic pattern, clear and light as the basic style, and efficient and capable as the basic rhythm, so as to reflect the core of the project company value, humanistic connotation and commercial pursuit.
