Palace Sales Center for Shanghai ARCHI Interior Design Co.,Ltd
Vanke Violet Palace Sales Center is located in Changchun, China, with a spatial area of 825 square meters. The design team has introduced the oriental rhythm of between the mountains and the water and reconstructed the oriental Zen feeling with a contemporary texture. The choice of materials was made using wood veneer and rock slabs and inkstone, aiming to enhance the rustic atmosphere of the space. While the interior of the space is simplified by the overlapping folding beam form, which alludes to the prosperous village of Ten Mile.

In this project, the designer draws the essence from the ancient gardening techniques, and incorporates them with modern residential architecture, to create Chinese garden style works with nature for a harmonious coexistence between space and nature.

The cultural creation area highlights the life scene, which is a space for sustainable use in the later stage. The naturally warm solid wooden tables and chairs, and fresh flower art work together to create a comfortable space atmosphere.
In this project, the reception area integrates the essence of thousands of years of traditional Chinese culture, mortise and tenon structure, which achieves the integrity and transparency of space while showing the Chinese aesthetics.
The project was located in Changchun, China. It was finished in June 2021.
In this project,the cultural creation area highlights the life scene, which is a space for sustainable use in the later stage. In addition, The children's area continues the overall atmosphere of the space. The design starts with the happy childhood, and comprises quarters in the themes of parent child book bar, manual area and aquarium.
In term of the decoration, the Elegant Pine Shade, a painting of artist Zhao Jing, runs through the area, elevating the spatial temperament and creating a sense of time travel.
In overall style, Vanke Violet Palace Sales Center follows the modern Chinese pattern, which adopts the simplified design of overlapping, folding beams, to remind people of the 10 mile bustling villages.
