Residence for Global United Innovators Corp.
The design team started with a subdued dark color and supplemented with marbling between the wooden and curved elements to highlight the freshness of nature and to portray the richness of the space. At the same time, the overlapping and extension of lines and axes lead to a visual spaciousness. Through the colors and materials, the design team has created a warm and elegant modern residence. The design not only expresses the character of the client but also interprets the desire so that the client can let go of the heavy burden of the day when arrives home.

The goal was to redefine the spacious space and give it a brand-new feel through design ingenuity. The design team started from the ceiling of the living room in the public area to present a rounded and progressive low-key tension through the overlapping arcs, which produce a clear visual direction and create a rich visual change. Moreover, the design team also used the staggered configuration of screens and storage cabinets to expand the depth of visual penetration and lead the changes in space, which not only conforms to the client's habits but also achieves a highly consistent space.
Modern style, marbling, wood, calmness, warm.
The design team divided the areas by facade and used the same tone and different materials to bring the warm texture into each area. The main wall of the living room is covered with wood veneer while the TV wall is covered with stone system panels, which not only harmonizes the material with other details but also has a perfect storage function. As for the living room and dining hallway, metal-framed glass sliding doors, curved marble screens, and curved glass are used to preserve the flexibility and smoothness of the function and present a practical and aesthetic image.
This project is a single-family house. The design team overcame the limitations of the original space through materials and lighting to create a warm and temperate spatial context and show its uniqueness. In this project, the design team has gone beyond the common limitations of the original space to create a visual and tactile calmness and carve out a space that matches the character of the client.
The project finished in October 2021 in Taiwan.
The design team rethought the texture and tone of the space, and through the progressive planning of curved, grille, and wooden materials to connect the whole space harmoniously. The design team constructs the real life of the residents from the spatial design and reveals their unique character and taste. The residents can unconsciously immerse themselves in the elegant and unique atmosphere by wandering in a pure, quiet, and comfortable place.
The design team observed the client personality in detail and aimed to create a unique and ideal place for the client through the design. After redefining the space, the design team created a form that differs from the conventional one through visual changes. The design team has created a harmonious and consistent atmosphere in the house through the change of color tones in the space, the delicate laying of materials, supplemented by the selection of furnishings. The design team has also mastered functionality, convenience, and comfort.
The design team has mastered the details of the space and planned each area with a smooth traffic flow, color tone, and lighting to show the good space utilization and beauty of the spacious house. The space has a pure and natural atmosphere, complemented by an overlapping layout of dark and light layers, highlighting the progressive visual layers between areas. Under the same tone of different materials, the interplay of the dawn, the blazing sun, and the dusk, the elegant and warm house with the client's personality and characteristics are shown.
