Showflat for Hengchen Group
This project doesn't only retain the classical and traditional shape and lines in a clear and neat way but also gives the space a fashionable look. More importantly, it still has a luxurious character, and it is the best choice for upstarts between tradition and modern. The connection between the ground and the underground originally relied on a staircase. However, the open well in the living room and the underground left a foreshadowing of the design. The design techniques are extremely concise, and the curves run throughout the design, which relieves visual fatigue and drives more vitality.

The basement floor adopted floor slabs to form an indoor multiple space. At the same time, the basement floor has many hollow-carved designs to solve the storey height problem. The top and walls are partially designed with mirror surfaces to extend the interior space.

We use a large area of rock materials as the background wall, dining tables and other areas instead of traditional stone materials. The indoor is decorated with high-simulation green plants as the green wall to make the basement floor full of vitality.
The challenges were the 3-storey space and the high basement, how to efficiently use the space and make customers feel free in the space. As a result, the original relatively closed staircase was demolished and rebuilt into a more open staircase. The staircase connect to the entire 3-storey space to integrate them as a whole, and the staircase also became the highlight of the entire space design. To set up a floorslab in the mezzanine enriches the functional settings, while the top and wall mirrors settings are used to solve the problem of space vision.
