Use modern architectural language to complement the Jinbianruixiang element in the eternal masterpiece.

Unique Properties

The setting clouds and solitary owls fly together, and the autumn water and the sky become the same color, are the eternal scenery of Nanchang, the hero city. We hope to create a new urban riverside core which a cultural business card that integrates the city and nature, and where modernity and history coexist. A city landmark and a riverside stage built with poetry and romance, the eternal scenery will forever be fixed on the Ganjiang River.

Production Technology

The most difficulties of the super highrise facade is how to deal with the towers contracted and gradually blooming shape.After conducting a geometric analysis of the towers skin,we combined the bifurcation points with the use space of the towers standard floor heights,controlled a certain warp value of the coldbent glass,and finally used unitized curtain walls to fit a beautiful shape while closing the openings with profiles.Ensure the fineness of vertical lines and incorporate flood lighting.

Design Challenge

The difficulty of the project is how to integrate Nanchang's local culture into the building so that it can not only become a new urban landmark in Nanchang's key areas, but also integrate it well into the city's waterfront interface, creating a clear and poetic theme. Highly identifiable places.

Project Duration

The project started in 2022 in Nanchang and finished in 2025.

Operation Flow

Through the three strategies of flexible and efficient, sky high tower crown, and dynamic ground, the tower adopts an outward looking design that takes into account both landscape sightlines and orientations, emphasizing the sense of spatial ritual while ensuring the friendly and open external urban interface. The super large central garden and The riverside green belt brings a healthy and enjoyable riverside life experience and creates a city landmark that mimics nature.

Inspiration

The design concept comes from local City Flower, Jinbianruixiang. The overall design combines the square and practical functional requirements of the tower. It adopts a petal design. The podium is arranged around the main tower like petals. At the same time, the architectural language is combined with the famous Tengwang Pavilion. The points are collected step by step, just like Daphne in full bloom,organically integrating the unique beauty and rhyme of the stamens with the architectural shap.
