The designer divides this long space into three blocks. The middle zone is the area with the most heavy flow of people, providing services for residents' express delivery and coffee bar. One side is planned as a dynamic area, equipped with gym, yoga & meditation, bathing function, and outdoor swimming pool. The other side is a static area, which is equipped with a cafe bar, banquet and conference table, piano room, library and flexible space.

The interior is presented with light tone of stone and environmental paint, with the beautiful temperament of Chinese silk as the inspiration, light strip and marble texture to show the light luxury and elegance. The art installation is specially designed at the main entrance and exit. The black sand, which slopes from the ceiling, gradually accumulates and piles on the floor, which means that "sands could accumulate into a tower". The contrast color of black and white enhances the visual image.
The technical challenge of this space is how to deal with the problem of high window wind pressure, which needs to design a beautiful style in the premise of ensuring the stability and safety of the building structure.
The project took 6 months to finish and was completed in September 2023 in Taoyuan City.
This public space serves as a fortress to guard the building, while allows for the freedom to move in and out the building, with each block providing two-way doors. The floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides maximize the contact area between the interior and exterior, introduce the garden scenery on both sides into the interior, and also make the vision transparent and the airflow comfortable.
In this field, the traditional Chinese silk element and traditional courtyard form are cleverly integrated, and the overall atmosphere and visual effect are enhanced by the beauty of art installation, lighting and design, and the function of each block is ensured. The moving line and space are configured for hotel-style comfort planning, dividing the needs according to dynamic and static demands, facilitating the manager to improve the service quality, allowing the residents to smoothly expand their home field, and allowing the life function to continue in the public facilities of the building.
The service of this space needs to meet the demands of all the residents in the building. Through zoning, the design integrates the diversity of functions with the thinking of hotel management, creating a modern, simple, elegant and luxurious atmosphere, which not only allows the estate manager to provide orderly service, but also allows the residents to enjoy proper care all the time.
