Sales Center for TCC Design
The project is located in Longwan, Wenzhou, and is known as the "mountain and river in the southeast of the world". In the initial concept, the city is described in a purely modern way. However, in the context of architecture, this is a sales center of steel structure buildings, so the developer hopes to give modern oriental aesthetics a communicative mood through the expression of contemporary art. The designer chose to peel off the hustle and bustle of the city, using the concept of "Nature outside of Qianxun", using light and shadow to communicate with each other.

Design Challenge
Developers want to indoor and outdoor environment of language to communicate better, used in large area be born glass, on the spatial structure optimization, should not only reflects the sense of scale, also carried on the strict control on the floors, in based on constant communication to optimize construction costs, concise fashion sense, good control on material and color, we finally achieve the desired effect.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2020 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and finished in July 2020.
Operation Flow
New space will let go of all, the use of the be born glass, to the introduction of the landscape, in indoor visual light and shadow is nature gives us the best artistic conception, through the column grid of permutation and combination, improve the quality of space scale and the feeling of feeling, space more freedom in the connotation, the location of the stair to art device, through the art form to have an emotional communication between people.
Research
Contemporary art, with light and shadow interlaced, simple fashion, the modern Oriental aesthetics exchange space is created like this.
Inspiration
This is of great immediate significance and far-reaching historical significance.
