Production Technology
In the negotiation area, bold and romantic red is used as the main color with pure white interspersed in it. The petal-like negotiation chairs bloom in the space like roses. The black marble floor sets off the intellectual beauty of the space; the irregular circular chandelier on the ceiling wall shows the order in chaos, which is also a beauty of life.
Design Challenge
The space is mainly white embellished with red of high saturation. The simple and elegant decoration style is full of low-key business style; the red decorative paintings echo the irregular wall hollows, and the transparent platinum decorative showcase at the door and the carpet with gray dots add more playfulness into the space.
Project Duration
The project finishes in July 2020 in Wuxi, China.
Operation Flow
Avoiding glorious and luxury decoration, the sand table area incorporates fresh and playful design concepts through pink and white decorative balloons and three-dimensional mirror disk ornaments. It is a breakthrough in sales center decoration and it has brought the space atmosphere alive while embellishing the space core area.
Research
The perfect match of red and black brings out the beauty and elegance of the space. The decorative wine cabinet next to the red background wall displays the crystal clear wine in water bar area.The black butterfly-shaped high chair and red background wall echo each other in the distance; the white special-shaped flowerpots embellish the romantic atmosphere.
Inspiration
Inspired by the flowing Lihu Lake, the interior design use a great amount of curves in the ceiling and the spherical installation to highlight the posture of free movement. The diversity of technology and space form together constitute the infiniteness of design.
Project Overview
Shimao Bright Lihu Bay Sales Office has been a Bronze winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively.
